User reviews about Wild Media Server (UPnP, DLNA, HTTP)

As expected. For JonGrest: I hope you got the money or free license from Mezzmo developers. For decent people: you can to use the WMS license on any computer and operation system (Windows, Linux, MAC OS X). Price for 1 license from 9 USD per device. The license is valid for the specified Device Code on all versions of the program - eternal license. Program updates are free. EULA (End User License Agreement)You cannot return or exchange license media device (except the replacement of devices on the device manufacturer's warranty within one year from date of purchase).License media device may be permanently transferred to another person together with the media device, if the recipient agrees to all terms and conditions this License Agreement.

Bad Customer Service. Developer refused to transfer my license to a new TV after I sold the old one. He kept responding with parts of his legal document. Like another reviewer said, he is very strange. I went with Mezzmo, it was cheaper than a new WMS license and it doesn't overheat my laptop like WMS does. I'd avoid this software. Pros: nothing Cons: License transferFix the overheating problem while transcoding

Daniel Crouthamel very strange man. . Unknown reviewer (or Daniel Crouthamel) very strange man. Wild Media Server is free. Daniel Crouthamel: thank you. Wild Media Server is paid. Daniel Crouthamel fills the Internet with false reviews about Wild Media Server. Bonus licenses: Thank you! No bonus licenses for Daniel Crouthamel. Daniel Crouthamel fills the Internet with false reviews about Wild Media Server again. I think, that Daniel Crouthamel a man without principles, without honor, without conscience.

Horrible Ethics. The software is good, but Evgeny Lachinov has serious mental and ego issues. If at any point he disagrees with a question, specifically around licensing, you can expect your account to be removed. I originally purchased WMS back in 2011 and I had issues with the license model then - you essentially had to purchase a license for both the wireless and wired adapter on your device, which was not made clear on the site - because he doesn't read or speak english well - so be it. Fast forward to 2013 and a new TV. I noticed on the website that those who purchased WMS prior to October 2011 are entitled to a bonus license - you have to buy a license with each new device. Well, asking about it on the forum and email led to my forum account being removed!! My emails on the bonus license go unanswered!!Time to move on to a new media server ...Evgeny Lachinov only cares about your money. When it come to customer service, you can expect none. Pros: Transcoding works wellHighly customizable Cons: Customer service, hugh English barrierEvgeny Lachinov

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?
